Martinsville Wrestling Squad Win Tiger Invitational[Dec. 4, 2007] The Martinsville Bulldog Wrestling squad competed in a 10 team tournament at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham Va called the Tiger Invitational. They claimed first place with a team score of 178.5.  Testaverde, Panthers end home skid, beat 49ers 31-14[Dec. 3, 2007] Carolina coach John Fox heard all week that fans may stay away from the Panthers' game against San Francisco, disgusted with the team's five-game losing streak and its seven straight losses at home.  Tar Heels Win Easily[Nov. 29, 2007] Reminiscent of a 1-of-18 start to the second half in a loss to Texas A&M last week, the Buckeyes missed 17 consecutive shots from the field during 11 minutes of the second half last night, allowing No. 1 North Carolina to break open a tie game and pull away for a 66-55 victory in front of a sellout crowd in Value City Arena.  Big Ten/ACC Challenge pits top-ranked Tar Heels against Buckeyes[Nov. 28, 2007] One of the games in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge takes place in Columbus this evening, as the top-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels come calling on the Ohio State Buckeyes.  Saints Crush Panthers 31-6[Nov. 26, 2007] Drew Brees playing one good half was more than enough for the New Orleans Saints against the rudderless Carolina Panthers.  Hansbrough shines as No. 1 UNC holds off BYU[Nov. 26, 2007] Tyler Hansbrough barely even glanced at the MVP trophy sitting at his locker. The star forward was much more pleased by top-ranked North Carolina’s defense in a win that required solid efforts from all the healthy Tar Heels.
