The Wintergreen National Amateur is a premier national amateur championship. The award winning Rees Jones designed golf course, Stoney Creek Golf Club and the classically designed Devils Knob Golf Club by Ellis and Dan Maples, a mountain top masterpiece, will be home to the championship. The 45 holes located at Wintergreen have been described as, “The finest collection of mountain golf holes east of the Rockies”. Wintergreen was recently recognized as the #1 golf resort in the Mid Atlantic by the Washington Post.
