[Oct. 29, 2009] This is the link to the official ESPN 840 online sales contact list. Whenever you prepare to contact a potential client, document it here with the following steps: 1. Reference the database before you make a call. 2. Schedule the call in the "I will contact..." column. 3. Immediately following the conclusion of the call, (regardless of the outcome) update the "I last contacted", "I will contact", and "result/notes" columns, along with any other relevant columns.
