points for Walsh...Clinton Blossomgame had 136 rush yards for the

Seton Hill seeks to continue the best start in the program's four-year

per game...The Griffins top the league and 14th nationally in rushing

end Shepherd's (2-1, 0-1) 31-game regular season win streak with a 24-13 win
at Morris Stadium...Jerry Seymour rushed for 170 yards and Dwayne Thompson
completed 16 of 20 passes for 213 yards to lead the Pioneers in the upset
victory...Thompson rushed for a touchdown and passed for another in the
opening half as Glenville built a 24-7 halftime lead...A 53-yard Seymour
gallop accounted for the other GSC touchdown...Dervon Wallace tallied both
Shepherd touchdowns on rushes of 8 and 3 yards...His 138 yards on 23 carries
led the Ram attack...Glenville State held a 400-265 total offense advantage
and did not commit a turnover...Shepherd was guilty of a pair of
interceptions and a lost fumble...The Rams also only could convert on 1 of

losing skid to Fairmont State (2-1, 0-1) with a 14-7 home victory...The
Yellow Jackets held Fairmont State to only five rush yards and 171 total
yards as they moved to 2-0 for the first time since 2001...Kevin O'Brien
tossed a pair of second half touchdown passes to help WVSU breakaway from a
scoreless halftime deadlock...O'Brien helped account for the bulk of the
Jacket offense by completing 24 of 39 passes for 235 yards...Jermain King
caught six of those passes for 66 yards...Fairmont State avoided the shutout
with a two-yard Derek Taylor touchdown rush with 56 seconds left in the
game...The ensuing onside kick was unsuccessful and the Jackets ran out the

passes...Topper DB Darren Banks moved into second on the WVIAC career
interception list with 30 after picking off two passes last week...The
senior needs two more picks to equal the all-time WVIAC record of 32 owned
by Shepherd's Dan Peters (2003-06)...West Liberty is an uncharacteristic
WVIAC-worst 3 of 23 (144th nationally) on third down conversions...Topper
